Instead of per-service billing, your total seasonal payment is divided into consistent monthly payments throughout the active growing season. This creates predictable budgeting while ensuring your property receives professional, scheduled care.

You may enroll in one or any combination of these programs. When selected together, services are consolidated into a single structured monthly payment for simplicity and predictable budgeting.
Seasonal & Enhancement Services

Labor for enhancement services may be incorporated into your monthly structure when desired. Material cost (mulch, stone, plants, etc.) are billed separately.
Billing Structure
Maintenance programs operate during the active service season (April-October) and are billed in equal monthly installments across the 7-month period. Services required outside of this period can be billed separately.

For clients who prefer extended budget flexibility, annual service costs may be divided into 12 monthly payments instead.

This structure ensures clarity, stability, and consistent service scheduling.

Seasonal Participation
Maintenance programs are designed to run for the full service season to maintain route efficiency and scheduling consistency.

Clients may cancel with notice; however, route priority is reserved for full-season participants due to limited capacity.
